Is the online range the real price?
It is the range your fence will land in for a straight run on diggable ground. The video call turns it into one number that holds for 21 days, and the call always comes before you pay anything.
Why a video call and not a site visit?
A 15-minute video walk on your phone catches slope, roots, old footings and access as well as a visit does, and it happens the same day instead of next week.
How does payment work?
You pay a deposit when you sign the service order, and the amount is on the order. The crew photographs the finished fence and you see the photos. 48 hours later the balance is charged to the same card, or sooner if you tap approve. Report a problem first and nothing is charged until it is fixed. New York works differently: there is no deposit, and the full price is due after you see the photos. In California the deposit follows state law and is set by your licensed California partner.
Who installs the fence?
A vetted local fence crew, working under our service order, our warranty and our photo requirements. Crews carry their own insurance and, where the state requires one, their own license.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the city and the height. The rep confirms the rule for your address on the video call. Where a permit is needed we pull it and bill it at cost plus a $75 handling fee.
What if my HOA says no?
We give you the spec sheet and drawing for the HOA packet. If the HOA declines, your deposit is refunded in full.
What about my property line?
You mark the line and we build where you mark. If you are unsure, we can refer a survey, which usually runs $200 to $545.
What if the crew hits rock?
Holes that hit rock or old concrete are $100 per hole. The crew sends a photo and waits for your approval by text before going on.
Can I cancel?
The deposit is refunded in full within 3 business days of signing (5 if you are 65 or older in California). After that the deposit covers materials already ordered and permit fees paid, and the rest is refunded.
