1 year on installs

Workmanship on a new fence is covered for one year: leaning posts, sagging gates, loose rails, failed fasteners.

90 days on repairs

Repair work is covered for 90 days.

5 business days

Every warranty request gets a written answer within five business days, with a date for the fix.

What is not covered

Storm damage, vehicle impact, ground movement, and the natural checking and graying of wood. Manufacturer defects in vinyl and aluminum go to the maker's warranty, and we help you file.
