Will split rail keep my dog in?
Only with wire mesh, which is an add-on in the quote tool. Without it, split rail marks the line but will not hold a dog.
How long do the rails last?
Cedar rails last 15 to 20 years untreated, and pressure-treated rails about the same. A single rail can be replaced on its own.
